To the maximum extent permitted under Angolan law, Envictus Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website. The liability governing your actual FWA internet connectivity, bandwidth delivery, and hardware installation is strictly managed under your signed physical telecommunications contract and is separate from these website Terms.
- Governance, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Angola.
- Amicable Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from the use of this website, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through direct communication.
- INACOM Mediation: Subscribers retain the right to escalate telecommunications-related disputes to INACOM or competent consumer protection bodies in Angola.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Any unresolved legal dispute or litigation arising directly from these website Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luanda, Angola.
- Amendments to These Terms
