Effective Date: June 21, 2026
Applicability: All subscribers, users, and third-party guests accessing the Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) network infrastructure of Envictus Networks.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and boundaries governing the use of the internet connectivity, networks, and services provided by Envictus Networks (under ASN 329697). This policy protects our FWA infrastructure, ensures high-quality service for all subscribers, and ensures compliance with Lei n.º 7/17 (Protecção das Redes e Sistemas Informáticos) and INACOM regulations.

2. Prohibited Network Activities

Subscribers may not use the Envictus Networks infrastructure to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:

• Illegal Activity: Transmitting, downloading, or hosting content that violates the laws of the Republic of Angola or applicable international laws.
• Infringement of Rights: Violating intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or privacy rights of any party.
• Malicious Software: Distributing viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or any code intended to disrupt or damage computer systems.
• Network Attacks: Launching or participating in Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or scanning and probing remote ports without explicit authorization.
• Unsolicited Communications: Sending mass unsolicited electronic messages (Spam) or operating open mail relays.

3. FWA Infrastructure Protection and Resource Abuse

Fixed Wireless Access relies on shared spectrum and physical wireless cell sites. To guarantee network stability, subscribers must avoid resource abuse:

• IP Address Spoofing: Altering or forging network packet headers or IP identifiers assigned under ASN 329697.
• Unauthorized Reselling: Reselling, sub-licensing, or extending Envictus Networks bandwidth to external third parties or neighboring properties without express written commercial authorization.
• Network Disruption: Deploying equipment that causes physical, electrical, or radio frequency interference with Envictus Networks FWA base stations.

4. Enforcement and Due Process

Envictus Networks monitors overall network telemetry to ensure infrastructure health. We do not inspect packet contents, but we look for anomalous traffic spikes or external abuse reports:

• Investigation: If an abuse notification is received or a network anomaly is detected, Envictus Networks reserves the right to investigate.
• Suspension: We may suspend or throttle a subscriber’s access to mitigate ongoing damage to our FWA network or other internet users.

Legal Compliance: In alignment with our Privacy Policy, Envictus Networks will only surrender subscriber identity records to law enforcement when presented with a valid judicial warrant issued by a competent Angolan court.
